Taking a group exercise class is an awesome way to get a good workout in! Classes are great if you are just beginning your fitness journey or if you are an avid gym goer. Some people struggle with what to do at the gym, whether it be motivation or lack of knowledge. Being surrounded by motivated people in the class, as well as an encouraging instructor can help you get the most out of your workout. The instructor can help provide new ideas for your workouts or help correct your form. There are many different type and styles of workout classes as well!
