Jump Rope and Upper body workout

Equipment needed:

-jump rope

– set of dumbbells

 

Complete 3 sets of 10-12 reps of the dumbbell exercise and in between each set do 1 minute of jump rope

Dumbbell bicep curls

Overhead tricep extension

Front raises

Push ups

Bent over rows
