Fall into Fitness

Summer is winding down, school is starting back up and the weather is just about the perfect temperature for that outside run you have been putting off! Fall is a great time to get back into the gym and get yourself on a regular routine! Set the tone for the final months of the year, and get a jump start on the next years “New Years Resolution Goals”. Fall is a great time to workout outside. Try an outdoor hike, bike ride, or even kayak and canoeing! Make sure to block off a time in your calendar for a workout, whether it be 20 minutes or 1 hour. Planning time for a workout helps you hold yourself accountable. Fall is also a great time to meal prep and take control of your diet. The holiday hustle and bustle is right around the corner. Meal prepping is a great way to minimize eating the bad foods and maximize eating what your body needs!
