Have you ever pushed yourself to meet a physical challenge that you thought you would never be able to do?? If you have, you know it’s an amazing feeling! If you haven’t, you need to try it.
There’s something about pushing yourself to meet a physical goal that makes you feel like you can do anything in all areas of life, whether it’s physical, mental, emotional, social, etc. It’s important to remember that a physical challenge only has to be challenging to you as an individual. I’m not telling everyone to go run a marathon in order to challenge themselves. Maybe it’s running or walking your first 5k, being able to do 10 push-ups in a row, doing your first pull-up, squatting 100 lbs, whatever is a challenging but realistic goal that interests you!
Take a moment to think about it. Do you have a physical challenge that you’ve always wanted to try but never put the time in to complete it? If you do, go for it! It may take a lot of work, but once it’s finished, there is no greater feeling!
